Terms and Conditions

Archangel Hype LLC. Buyer/Seller Transaction Terms and Conditions:

All buyers who purchase through Archangel Hype LLC., via its website (www.ArchangelHype.com), associated Social Media Accounts (@ArchangelHype), or official representatives (Michel Asperas; Owner), must fully agree to the terms and conditions of this lawfully-binding contract.

For Purposes of this contract:

  • Archangel Hype, LLC. will include the company, all of its official associated online accounts, representatives, and owners.

  • Buyer will include the main individual/group who has agreed upon the transaction between them and Archangel Hype LLC.

Payment:

  • Accepted payments include: PayPal, Zelle, and CashApp (CashApp only for transactions at or below $150)

    • Goods and Services Payments are always an option for any buyers. Buyer agrees to add the corresponding G&S fees on top of the total agreed transaction price, if they elect to pay via Goods & Services or PayPal Business Invoice.

    • Buyers agree to not attempt to reverse any payments sent for the transaction, granted the seller fulfills all expected duties within the contract agreement.

Invoicing:

  • Archangel Hype LLC. will send each buyer a detailed invoice of the agreed upon transaction. This invoice will be sent to the buyer as a formal agreement in writing as to what items/services are included within the transaction, along with their itemized values. This invoice may be separate from a PayPal invoice if the buyer elects to pay through a different form of payment.

Shipping:

  • Order Packaging

    • Archangel Hype LLC. will use UPS Ground to fulfill transactions requiring shipments.  Packaging will be video recorded. Packaging video will be sent to the buyer at their request. Items will be boxed in minimum 32 ECT rating boxes. Voids (empty space) within shipping boxes will be filled with paper or plastic packing material. Boxes will be taped vertically and horizontally with packing tape, including flap edges and any other small gaps. The packer will sign their name, along with the time the box is sealed (in CST), and the current date, over the top and bottom of the box where the box flaps meet. A layer of clear packing tape will then be placed over the markings for protection. Shipping label will be applied to the box with tape along all four sides of the label.

  • Package Drop-Off

    • Archangel Hype LLC. will bring the buyer’s package(s) to an official UPS Store or UPS Customer Center for proof of drop-off. Archangel Hype LLC. will obtain a drop-off receipt containing the proof of scan-in acceptance at the UPS location, along with the corresponding UPS tracking number and weight. This UPS package drop-off receipt will be forwarded to the buyer without request. Notice: The UPS Store® locations are independently owned and operated by licensed franchisees of Mail Boxes Etc., Inc., an indirect subsidiary of United Parcel Service, Inc. These stores will work with, but are not directly affiliated to UPS.

    • Archangel Hype LLC. will not be held accountable or responsible for the package(s) after it has been accepted and scanned into a UPS Store/UPS Center system at an official UPS Store/Center. This includes but is not limited to: actions done by UPS employees between the UPS Store/Center acceptance and delivery, that may affect the package and its contents. Archangel Hype LLC. has no control over the package once it has been scanned and accepted at an official UPS Store/Center, thus, Archangel Hype LLC. will not be held liable for any interference of the package(s) after it has been accepted at an official UPS Store/Center. Interference of the package(s) includes but is not limited to: damage to the box(es) and their contents, theft of the content(s) within the package(s), misplacement/lost during transit/delivery.

  • Package Interference While In-Transit

    • If the buyer receives the box with any evidence of tampering (including, but not limited to: packer markings missing or covered, retaping, excessive damage, new/repositioned shipping label, different package weight, different package size, etc), the buyer must notify the seller (Archangel Hype LLC.) immediately. Buyer must send photo and video documentation to Archangel Hype LLC. for documentation. Archangel Hype LLC may then request the buyer to video record an unboxing for shipping claims documentation.

    • If the buyer requests, Archangel Hype LLC. can contact the UPS Customer Support that manages the corresponding UPS Store location the package was accepted at, in order to attempt to obtain security camera photos/video of the package drop-off in that corresponding UPS Store location the package was accepted at. This is by no means a guarantee that such documentation will be acquired, but Archangel Hype LLC. can initiate this contact per the buyer’s request.

    • Upon confirmation that a package was tampered with between UPS Store/Center acceptance and delivery (via buyer’s documentation), Archangel Hype LLC. will initiate a Damage/Loss claim with UPS. All UPS Claims are handled by their employees. Archangel Hype LLC. has no control over their actions and decisions. Archangel Hype LLC. will submit the Damage/Loss claim and provide the necessary documentation for the case. The buyer will need to provide Archangel Hype LLC. documentation such as photo evidence of the damage, to proceed with the claim.

  • Package Declared Value/Insurance

    • Archangel Hype LLC. has a UPS Capital CargoEdge Insurance Policy to cover all shipments at their full invoice price. This insurance policy is in effect to assist in a faster and more reliable Claims Process in the rare event that a package becomes lost/damaged/tampered/etc. while in-transit.

    • The package will have the invoice price as the Declared Value of the package. If a claim is needed, Archangel Hype LLC. will initiate the claim process in an attempt to obtain a fullvpayout from UPS Capital for the claim. There is no 100% guarantee that UPS Capital will pay an amount equal to or less than the package’s declared value. However, Archangel Hype LLC. will communicate with UPS to the best of its abilities in order to receive a Claim Payment. In the event that a Claim Payment is approved and processed, Archangel Hype LLC. will send the full Claim Payment amount to the buyer in the payment form that was used during the original transaction.
